Recently near Shenyang, a coffin was found in a construction sight. This coffin was like no other, bedazzling with its flagrant and braggadocious usage of gold. Its oddity prompted the construction workers who had discovered the coffin to try to steal it and sell it on the black market for profit. However, conflict between them soon erupted over their share of the profits attracted the attention of onlookers. That day, an inspector from the state coincidentally was supposed to, and did, arrive shortly. At which point, the construction workers realised their error and attempted to paper over it to no avail. The inspector called the authorities who then seized the coffin and apprehended the would be thieves.

The coffin was transported to forensics experts who decided to open the casket. Miraculously, there were still remnants of the remains of whoever was placed in there. There were bones where the flesh had decayed! The trial of the would-be thieves ended shortly, meaning the coffin and the bones were of ill-importance to the state. Curious as ever though, the President ordered that the identity of whoever those bones belonged to be found. To his amazement, it was discovered that they belonged to !@#$, said by many madmen to have been revived and made the Emperor of Manchuria.

As a show of friendship, the president has decided to gift the bones to the prime minister of the Netherlands personally, rather than to the Netherlands or to the president. He made this decision despite the bones having being Republic of China property. The coffin, mean while, was melted down and sold in auction.

Though it has been months since it was designed and produced, the National Protection Army has publicly released its new towed howitzer, of which 800 have been produced, for propaganda purposes and to keep face. It, as towed artillery, functions as artillery and is simply used in remote areas that self-propelled artillery is unable to travel across. The PLL-02 has an added advanced fire control system, incorporating AI-driven targeting algorithms and real-time data integration for improved accuracy and responsiveness. It has a modular design, allowing for easier maintenance, upgrades, and customisation. In addition, the PLL-02 has integrated advanced counter-battery radar and active protection systems. Due to the ongoing nuclear armageddon occuring around the Republic of China, all civilians north of the Yangtze river have been ordered to hide in the few bunkers and wait for the National Protection Army and or the Militia of China, totalling around 10,000,000, to arrive at their location and escort them to a secure location. While the Republic of China has not been hit by any nuclear ballistic missiles, radiation and fallout from the Soviet Federation have deeply affected northern China and hit the Chinese farmer settlers in Outer Manchuria who only settled a few years ago.

Due to concerns of radioactivity, all food products originating from a foreign or international body of water, foreign rivers and oceans, have been destroyed. All food products in the midst of transportation from northern China are to be disposed of aswell. Chinese high command was thankfully spared from the reaper's scythe.

Additionally, there have been growing reports of hate-crimes against ethnic Russians. It is believed that this is due to the Soviet Federation having been the one to start firing nuclear ballistic missiles. However due to the state being stretched, it has so far been unable to do investigate these reports.

Due to fears of food shortages, the state has now instituted a food rationing system. In the unaffected satellite state of the Republic of the Philippines, nearly all food grown has been and will be diverted to China to feed the Republic of China.

With an influx of Northern Chinese into the south, the state has authorised the beginning of the South-North Water Transfer Project's construction of the Westroute, in Sichuan far from the northern parts. In addition, bunkers are to be constructed across the south using the influx of labourers and farmers. This has lifted up spirits and prevented the people from stewing, rather, it has made them feel personally involved the glorious endeavour to lift the nation up by their own hands.

And so he finished his speech with applause from the people. President Li Shimin, out in the open in the capital of Beijing, said these words on national television live and to a crowd of hundreds of thousands. He thankfully suffered no ill effects, while being able to raise morale using radicalism and rhetoric. He stayed out in the open to help escort the people with his own troops who kept them orderly, all publicised on national television, endearing himself to his troops and his people.

With nuclear war and chaos all under Heaven, the Republic of China has decided to reintegrate the Tannu Tuva region of Outer Mongolia province. Troops in hazmat suits entered the region from Outer Mongolia, simply bribing the remaining Soviet soldiers to surrender. Chinese troops have engaged in looting in an orderly fashion aswell. Government documents, Soviet weapons, and the few Soviets with talent were forcibly taken. This has allowed the Republic of China to essentially steal Soviet weapons designs and now possess the capability to produce similar quality arms, though do not due to the costs associated with such an endeavour.

Most Tuvans are ignorant of the current situation, as like most people under Heaven, they simply wish to survive in this new world of hellfire. The residents of the Tannu Tuva region have been permissed to remain in Soviet bunkers for safety reasons.
