This is the French Government Speaking to all current French Citizens.

The Nation called The Soviet Federation has launched nukes all around the world and has completely destroyed The Continent which is known as America. Radiation will be arriving soon to French Towns. If you live in French Cuba you will need to get in your bunkers right now, do not pack anything. French citizens in France, pack only one thing of luggage per person. There is most likely underground bunkers near you, but if you are in a rural town go to the Alpine Bunkers. French citizens of Turkey and Cyprus, you will have a bit more time to evacuate, but that does not mean you stall, do the same thing as the citizens in France. All of the bunkers will be able to sustain a life force of its capacity for around 15 years. Art pieces such as the Mona Lisa will be in the bunkers. Uchamese citizens reading this message, you should go to the Lovernen bunkers. We hope everyone will survive this hardship.
