Paul Kuznetsov delivers his first speech as Dictator

"People of Uchama, your last leader was weak, and was a coward. Now that I am in charge, I will make Uchama great again. You  may be asking, 'How will you make Uchama great again' well I will tell you. The first thing I will do is make every capable man from the ages of 17-49 enlisted into the army, the same will go for women, but the women will be ages 20-44. Second I will order a huge mobilisation of the nation to keep our safe, especially on the Dutch border and in Belgium. Third, I will order the construction of a wall on the border of the Dutch Republic, we will also be placing an Embargo and sanctioning the Dutch Republic. Many people have also asked me to address the Dutch Executions, so I will. We will be rounding up former Victorians, Germans and Austrians, and people married to Dutch people. And they will be rehabilitated, and if they fail, they will be executed. But, I will also be deporting the people to there homeland if they are in rehabilitation for more then 2 months.
