To clear things up, I don't want to attack Escharia

So, Escharia, re-roll of Megapolis, claims Corsica, and some french land (French land is voided, or maybe we can share it like I did with Eden, I don't really care right now). Then Soviet asked me if I was gonna invade Escharia, I was not, in fact, I didn't even know who this dude was, but I searched his name up in world news and found out who he was. Okay, I thought I cleared things up. The Britian sent me this:

I honestly have no clue when a rumor went around that i want to attack Escharia, did a black out and lose my memory of me saying I want to go to war with Escharia? Does Escharia Claim Vietnam or French Guiana? Listen, I do NOT want to go to war with Escharia. If Escharia is Vietnam or French Guiana also, I am sorry that I posed aggression towards you I didn't know you owned those places. So just to clear things up, someone down in the comments tell me when I said I wanted to go to war with Escharia, give me proof. I honestly don't remember. I am just confused about this whole thing and I don't want war right now, I really just want to right story bulletins. Can someone just please give me info on why I have bad relations with this dude? Maybe I got hacked? I dunno. So bye, I hope I have cleared this up a bit, someone just give me info on what is going on.
