The formation of The Russian Provisional State

On a small simple stage, Vozhd Yaroslav Zademov declares: 

"In pursuit of unity and progress, we proclaim the dawn of a new era, where the voices of the Citzens  guide our path towards a prosperous and equitable future. May this provisional state be a beacon of unity and cooperation, fostering a harmonious society for all where the heartbeat of our nation resonates with the harmonious chords of progress, justice, and a shared destiny.”

The crowd went wild and then the Tricolour was flown on the flagpole of the Assembly building, and soon the new flag was flown all accross the country
