NEW ZUKESA, the far eastern Russian Rumpstate that made it to space.
Mainly aerodynamically focused, their entire society revolves around aviation and their old nemesis, the Japanese. Their population is poorly educated about their history. Knowledge of Russia is limited, as per government intention. A good model for the future. Their economy is mysterious. Their income should be a flat negative but they appear to receive some sort of outside funding. An accurate description for the country would be “World’s biggest military Airfield”.
