I've seen many references, and publications mentioning "Orbis". What is it? I cancan honestly say that I have no idea. If you would be so kind, tell me in the comments.
Also, what does "Orbis" have to do with politics and war?
Please tell me in the comments.
Thank you.

It's basically the world or whatever that this all takes place in, I'm pretty sure (I don't know really, I forget everything.)
There was a vote a long time ago on what to call the World PnW is set in. Orbis won and stuck around. It's basically PnW's term for earth.
I think Orbis is Latin for Earth

Logan Watermelon, you are essentially correct. Orbis is the Latin word for “world,” so that is likely why PnW is also referred to as Orbis.
