Pärnu prepares to liberate separatist regions.

Recently the government has succeeded in recognising pärnu separatists in Lunoria however there will be no war. 

These are the areas with separatists and how likely pärnu is to gain them [ below 0-10= no | 10-15 needs liberation | 16-20 immediate succession | [ used RNG ]




With the immediate succesion of Rapla ( most northern province ) Pärnu now has to make the decision to liberate these portions of Lunorian territory. [ debated ] 

This bulletin is inspired to have lunoria communicate with Pärnu ( comments ) as to not cause an accidental war. [ or DM ] 

Pärnu forces have not entered the contested territory and no casualties have been reported.
