A peace offer?

Only weeks after the past war ended, the nation of Dreamistan has declared yet another war on Luna, this time supposedly due to Luna's newly-created nuclear research facility becoming an apparent threat.

While we understand Dreamistan's false idea in that the two nations have had past hostilities and that nuclear retaliation could potentially have been expected, we have clearly stated that we have no intent to use our nuclear weapons unless absolutely necessary -- if we are attacked without reason, we may be forced to use our weapons, but it is unlikely.

We ask that Dreamistan accepts an offer of white peace with no other conditions before any attacks are executed, as to protect both nations from further damage after the massive losses sustained in the prior conflict and to allow both to rebuild in peace.

To clarify, Luna has no intent to launch nuclear weapons at any particular nations -- including the Rocky Mountain Republic, Guoryou and Dreamistan, contrary to what certain nations have implied. Despite previous nuclear threats to some nations, Luna will be maintaining peace unless attacked needlessly.

Very unrelated out of RP things: I'm going to be inactive from Nov. 9-13 for some IRL things -- but don't think you can raid my nation while I'm not here; I'll be specifically speaking with allies to make sure that any and all attacks will be countered, and if anyone attacks me anyway, I might nuke you when I'm back...
