To the leaders of Guoryou and Dreamistan,
First of all, since neither of you seem to understand who our current leader is, I'm Cressida Arpina, the third President of Luna, and I am the current leader alongside Vice President Aurelia Aquilla.
Second, in regards to your ultimatum, we will, of course, not be accepting your terms; as a nation that has already lost one leader to war and the terms we were forced to accept to save the nation a while ago, we cannot take these incredibly damaging terms.
So we would like to offer an ultimatum to your ultimatum:
- Luna will pay full reparations to all nations we attacked in this war.
- Nova Mundus will be allowed to colonize regions of Greenland that are currently not a part of any other sovereign nation's territory.
- Guoryou and Luna will sign a pact of non-aggression in regards to the Greenland colony unless Luna's borders are intentionally breached; any part of the Stygian Wildwood on Luna's side of the border counts as Luna's territory.
- Guoryou will not be restricted in terms of mining for resources, but will be asked (not mandated) to avoid harming endangered species in the area.
- Dreamistan, Guoryou, the Rocky Mountain Republic, RoDevs and Nova Mundus will each receive $3 billion alongside the aforementioned resources for reparations.
Any other terms that nations involved in the war would like to add to this agreement -- which we will be calling the second Treaty of Cydonia, as the first one was not particularly fair to the other side of this war -- will be able to negotiate, and a final treaty will be published when negotiations are complete.
