Vus Librica Sanctorus is a variety of manuscripts written by a devout Vulcan Priest and many of his followers (name never recorded) and is considered equivalent to the Bible for Vulcan worshipers.

MESSAGE FROM HIS ROYAL THRONE OF THE VUKAN LINE

My People, as a representative of the official religion of Vulcanities and as the official head of state it is my duty to inform the populace on the matters of Vulcan. Vulcanities has become a nation of inpurity and I have hear, and headed, the call for reform of every level. From here on I declare Vulcanities a theocracy of the people. Do not fear, My People, this government will not be torn apart. We shall play by the rules of the system. We will regain Vulcanities' religious power by the means of non-violence. However, we will not be ashamed to do whatever it takes to regain Vulcanities' former glory. I will hear not of the migraters into our country seeking to bring there inferior religions to our pristine country. Nothing on the Earth, that Vulcan himself shaped, shall stop our crusade. From here on until the day that we control the congress and replace High Lord RoManic I declare the religion of Vulcan in a state of Holy Crusade. The Third Crusade of Piety has been launched and no force, divinely willing, shall ever bring us down. While High Priest Viciev may not agree with my positions his support matters not. Support your monarch, your country, and most importantly your God and you will find that the nations of the world will think better of the man of Vulcan. May the Fire of Holy Vulcan Shower You in the Glories of our Ancestors Tonight! 

MESSAGE FROM THE HIGH LORD OF VULCANITIES, ROMANIC

My People, look at the prosperity and at the peace surrounding you. Vulcanities has never seen such abundance before. The fact that this has happened under an open and free Vulcan is all the proof one needs to keep things as they are. Why destroy your steel when it is already made. Find your desire to peace and your desire to keep your family safe. Vulcanities must not be divided over the topic of secularism. We must focus on the commonalities all in Vulcanities share. Bask in the light of the forges we have made. Bask in the light of Vulcanities! May your ancestors find you in praise.
