On behalf of Rimskaya, we would like to give a gratuitous thank you to the determined and overbearing superpower that is The 

"Menace of Nukeya"

Yes that's what they have themselves titled as.

In a realm that has descended into further degeneracy over the past days and weeks, in the form on seemingly random viral outbreaks, escalation of war threats, an in-game(INTENSE COUGHING)Real world attack on Luna, and the inclusion of forces that really should never have had to even consider this existence, they have kept not only the last tad bit of order, but also been the forefront of attempted preservation of the braincells of all our peoples.

Nukeya, whether you like them or not, has committed itself unwillingly, but wholly, to the horrid cause of controlling RP(MORE INTENSE COUGHING)Diplomacy between nations and should be applauded by all.

As such we are removing our state condemnation, and would like to consider Nukeya as the master of our nonsensical world, as the central beacon that keeps us all from going insane.
