Nation score announced to go into decline

"Our nation needs to slow down"

Just this morning the Chairman announced its plans for the nation's future. Instead of growing steadily by expanding the military. The Chairman believes that the nation needs to demilitarize and build more farms. This is for the benefit of both the nation and Project Demeter. By doing this, food consumption rates will fall and the nation will have its chance to contribute to Project Demeter.

Now this is how we move forwards. Even if it's impossible to sustain due to fallout, we can reduce consumption and provide more for others.
