The conservative "thinks of political policies as intended to preserve order, justice, and freedom. The ideologue, on the contrary, thinks of politics as a revolutionary instrument for transforming society and even transforming human nature. In his march toward Utopia, the ideologue is merciless." - Russell Kirk

The Conservative Union is an alliance that brings together states that value free market capitalism, the rule of law, democracy and the catholic tradition. We defend, in addition to the values already mentioned, the legalization of firearms, a total ban on abortion, anti-communism, anti-anarchism (including anarcho-capitalism), anti-jihadism, opposition to fascism and the denial of the hysterical discourse about climate change.

Political System and Attributions

DEPUTY

Each common member of the alliance is a deputy. Deputies can hold positions in ministries, be elected vice-leader, propose projects and changes to the alliance and be nominated to the supreme court.

MINISTRIES

The ministries of economy, foreign affairs, religious affairs and defense are permanent. In these four ministries, ministers are appointed by the leader. The elected deputy leader can create and abolish ministries (with the exception of permanent ones).

  1. Ministry of Economy: Its function is to guarantee financial stability in the alliance bank being able to impose taxes on the cash flow of member states and manage loans, block alliances that seriously violate our values and manage market share;
  2. Ministry of Defense: Has the role of drawing up military attack plans against other alliances, guiding the alliance's member states regarding the disposition of their military forces and request declarations of war from the vice-leader;
  3. Ministry of Foreign Affairs: Its function is to propose and administer treaties with other alliances, always taking into account the ideological positioning and the advantages of possible agreements;
  4. Ministry of Religious Affairs: Its function is to disseminate our religious beliefs to other alliances and nations.

SUPREME COURT

The Supreme Court has the function of judging the administrative acts of all ministries and the deputy leader, ensuring that their actions are within their remit. It must also judge the violating acts of all members, including deputies, who are:

  • Annoy other members;
  • Provide information and support to enemy nations and alliances;
  • Violate the values described in the covenant and,
  •  Boycott the alliance through changes and malicious actions.

Supreme Court justices must judge members in case of infraction. Four punishments can be given:

  • Permanent loss of office, remaining a deputy forever;
  • Warning (can only be given twice to the same member);
  • Permanent ban from the alliance or,
  • Permanent ban from the Alliance and request for war against the banned member.

Judges must request the opening of a trial session, justifying why and who will be tried. Any of them can open a trial and, if the judge is exceeding his powers, he will be permanently banned from the alliance. The trial process must be published in public bulletins.

Supreme Court justices are appointed by the deputy chief justice and remain in office for 2 months. Each deputy chief can appoint one Supreme Court justice. Supreme Court justices can only be nominated for office twice in a row, and must wait 4 months for a possible third term, and so on.

VICE LEADER

The deputy leader is elected in periodic elections that take place every four months. Voting will be open and the deputies will vote. The deputy who receives the most votes wins the election.  All deputies are candidates.

The deputy leader remains in office for four months, until the next election, and may be reelected indefinitely.

The duties of the deputy leader are:

  • Appoint a Supreme Court Justice;
  • Create and extinguish ministries, with the exception of the four permanent ones, as well as appointing who will occupy such ministries;
  • Approve or disapprove the Ministry of Defense's request for a declaration of war and,
  •  Propose changes and additions to the constitution of the alliance.
