The PDV went on to form the first Government with their leader Georg Clark becoming the first Premier of PR Hydracia.
2098 Election
Unimpressed with the handling of a dirty bomb being detonated in Moldenhauer city center, a new party was formed - the Military Junta Party (MJP). The population took to the polls to voice their opinions in the second General Election in the history of PR Hydracia, which are held every 3 years.
PDV - 51.4%
SP - 27.6%
MJP - 21.0%
Although there was a clear lack of continued support for the PDV, they did manage to retain over half of the popular vote and so formed the second successive Government of the Nation. Political observers noted that the main reason for this was due to the vote-splitting between SP and MJP.
