Formerly Part of The Ottoman Empire, The Kingdom Of Iraq (B.A.S.E.T) was occupied by the United Kingdom for 3 months and 3 days. In 1896 Iraq attained its independence as a kingdom of Iraq and external territories. Then a civil war happened between The Iraqi Democratic Republic in the beginning of WW2. Due to the British proximity Iraq Joined The Allies, In the end, Iraq was given A-sham Formerly making The Kingdom Of Iraq Bilad Ash Sham and external territories. In 1956, Iraq seized Kuwait and Later Invaded ethnic Arab regions of Iran. Iraq Later Joined The Islamic League Of Power and The Union Of The Arabs consisting with just Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Oman. Iraq today enjoys great relations with other Muslim nations And Europe as well.
