 arte one secte one  all legislative powers shall be vested in the congress which will consist of the house of districts and the Senate   The house is made of  based on the population of their state divided by their district each district of 100 thousand is able have  ten representatives if the population is below that they no matter  what   Will have one the senate will have 5 members per state The house is able without the consent of senate members can vote to raise taxes and while to senate can declare war both houses must vote to create new laws and regulations and to change laws  for a law to pass 3/4 on each part of congress must approve 

Elections of senators will be direct and be based on popular votes while the house of districts will be   Appointed by the state if a government official  is deemed incompetent or corrupt and if over 2/4 agree then  an inspection of the individual wil be conducted if found guilty they will be removed from offices in order to  create a law either a citizen  president or someone of Congress must recommend this law  then the law will be inspected if deemed a law that can be voted on the both houses of congress must decide to vote  on the law if one does not vote the law is recycled id both decide to vote on it the. Both houses will vote if they achieve over 2/4 approval then the law is passed to the president to be signed 

There is no limit of the terms that a senator can serve each  one term is equal to 8 years a representative can serve 2 terms of 2 years

The third and final branch of our government is the judiciary  supreme of supreme judiciary 

They are appointed by the president but can impeached by congress there are 5 supreme  judges that serve terms of 30 years if they achieve more than one term they serve for life 

they make sure that the president and congress follow the constitution if they find something that violates the constitution they declare it against the constitution they can overturn 

the president vetos and congressional overrides Against the presidency they make sure that justice is upheld and are the highest court the rest ruled by the states only major disputes
