The Kingdom of Galanchia is a nation that came back through government reformation. 

Galanchia used to go by the name of The Republic of Euroguay, but was unfortunately erased from the world map after losing a major war with the Empire of the Romans Alliance. Now two years later, it is back with a brand new government, which is a king. Now Euroguay is known as Galanchia, with a more democratic policy. 

Regarding War Policy:

The Kingdom of Galanchia does not want any war, and will keep out of conflict as much as it possibly can; UNLESS if the war is an opprtunity for the benefit of our economy. 

Despite this, The Kingdom of Galanchia will counter attacks on members of the Gallowglass alliance, but not the applicants.
