Tucked in Southeast Asia, Latex Land is a sovereign nation ruled with absolute authority by Supreme Mistress Siyeon. Following a decisive coup that reshaped regional borders, the nation rose as a symbol of uncompromising order, style, and control. Here, the state is not just a government — it is a lifestyle.

At the core of Latex Land’s society is a clearly defined Dominant–Submissive hierarchy, integrated into all aspects of governance and citizen conduct. The nation adheres to the Shine Aesthetic, mandating the wearing of sleek, form-fitting latex garments as a visible expression of personal discipline and allegiance to the state. The use of latex, with medical exceptions allowing for PVC alternatives, is legally required. 

Governance is organized through ten Ministries, each led by a female  Minister appointed by Supreme Mistress Siyeon. These Ministries are tasked with overseeing specific sectors essential to maintaining order, culture, and economic stability:

  • Ministry of Shine – Minister Yudami Lee
    Responsible for latex culture, fashion, design, and production. Enforces the national latex dress code and the signature “Shine” aesthetic.
  • Ministry of Order – Minister Shoyeon Naga
    Oversees law enforcement, military operations, and the Guardians of Shine. Maintains public order and enforces the Dominant–Submissive hierarchy.
  • Ministry of (Re)Education – Minister Min-jiu Kimu
    Administers ideological training, re-education initiatives, and educational institutions to ensure loyalty and discipline among citizens.
  • Ministry of Production & Economic Affairs – Minister Hella Handon
    Directs latex manufacturing and economic policy, fostering a robust fetish-related economy.
  • Ministry of Youth Affairs – Minister Sua Ma-Bora
    Responsible for youth education, ideological formation, and propaganda programs designed to cultivate future generations.
  • Ministry of Information & Propaganda – Minister Jah Young Park
    Manages media, communications, and public messaging to maintain government objectives and societal stability.
  • Ministry of Borders & Security – Minister Hyun Jung Tehoy
    Controls border security, intelligence operations, and counter-terrorism to protect national sovereignty.
  • Ministry of Culture & Traditions – Minister Gajaon Lee
    Preserves and promotes national culture and latex heritage, organizing official events and cultural initiatives.
  • Ministry of Health – Minister Yeong Eun Duen
    Oversees healthcare services and physical fitness programs aligned with the ideal “latex physique.”
  • Ministry of Global Influence – Minister Yuhi Yon Kim
    Handles international relations and supports the global promotion of latex culture aligned with Latex Land’s values.

Together, these Ministries ensure the effective administration of Latex Land’s social order, cultural identity, and hierarchical structure.

Supporting the Ministries is the Guardians of Shine, an elite paramilitary force of 11,000 personnel organized into Enforcement, Intelligence, and Border Patrol divisions. This force conducts public inspections, enforces compliance, monitors ideological adherence, and secures national borders. The Guardians are distinguished by their high-gloss uniforms, reflecting the discipline and authority central to their mission.
