History: Almaria has always through history been a neutral country until around the 1940 s during world war 2 being use as a navy base for Nazi Germany and Italy .It was then taking over by the Uk and Usa to help enter Europe after the Americans, French and British stayed and split it into 3 parts as a navy base just incase of another war they would later leave through an agreement to give it up for Spain in 1969 becoming a popular Spanish island for travel with its average weather being 21 degrees in winter and up to 45 degrees in summer! Spain let Almaria gain inderpendence recently on 8th july 2025.
