The Unified American Authority 

The UAA stands as the singular inheritor of 'sovereign legitimacy' across the fractured territories of the former United States. Instituted under "Continuity Emergency Protocols" in the aftermath of the Continental Collapse, the Authority did not rise by popular mandate, but by historical obligation. It is not a government of preference; it is a structure of necessity.

Operating from its fortified administrative capital, Dominion Central, the Directorate governs with absolute precision and operational discipline. Citizens are evaluated, categorized, and stabilized in accordance with national efficiency standards. Productivity is patriotism. Dissent is deviation.

Under the directive of Director-General Marshal Lucien Hark, the Authority enforces the 'Continuity Doctrine' - a codified framework of historical reclamation, institutional loyalty, and calibrated population oversight. Civil liberties are extended only insofar as they do not impair sovereign integrity.

Foreign entities are regarded with a controlled level of suspicion and assessed for their utility.
