Overview:

The Iron Confederacy is a North American regime born from chaos, betrayal, and collapse, it is a hyper-militarized, authoritarian state that believes survival is only possible through absolute obedience, technological control, and national purification.

Government:

Unified Stratocracy under the Continuity Doctrine

• Ruled by Supreme Marshal Marcus Harlan, an ex-general turned supreme leader.
• Civilian government has been dissolved; all governance flows through the military hierarchy.
• The nation is divided into Fortified Zones, each led by a Regional Marshal. 

Ideology:

The Continuity Doctrine

• The belief that weakness, division, and liberal democracy caused the Fall of the Old World.
• The Iron Confederacy must endure, unchanging and unquestioned, to protect civilization.
• The state is both protector and purifier — those who resist are labeled “Breakers.”

Culture & Symbolism:

• The Iron Wolf, a symbol of disciplined strength and sacrifice, is revered across the nation.
• Citizens wear uniforms, chant Marshal’s Maxims, and undergo loyalty audits.
• The national motto, “Strength is Peace. Division is Death.”, is engraved into every public building.

Economy:

• All industries are state-controlled; private wealth is abolished.
• Currency: Iron Mark (₥) — rationed, trackable, and loyalty-tied.
• Black markets are punished as economic treason.

Domestic Policy:

• Total surveillance — movement, speech, and even emotions are monitored.
• Mandatory national service and ideological reeducation shape every citizen from youth.
• Religion is replaced with the Flame Doctrine — a belief system deifying unity, sacrifice, and the Marshal’s will.

Military & Foreign Policy:

• Views war as a “necessary cleansing force.”
• Neighboring states are considered unstable and morally corrupt — ripe for “liberation.”
• Maintains massive standing forces, elite Wolfguard units, and experimental tech divisions.
