Humaniperium's first war was with the Nation Ryania

The New Council is composed of 20 Members that are referred to as Councillors. Councillors serve a term that lasts 10 years,after which a vote is held by the people to choose a new set of 20 members. The previous 20 before the election/vote cannot run again until 5 years after they were removed from Their positions

The Executive Council is composed of 40 Members that are referred to as Executives. They serve a 10 year term and a vote is held (referred to as an executive election) where different Political Executive parties compete to be elected by the people. The emperor nor New council can interfere with the voting at all. Unlike the new council, previous executives can run for as long as they want without a limit or restriction.
