Supreme executive power over the Realm is vested in the Lord Ruler, currently Primal. He is advised by the High Council, made up of the Chairs of various departments. The members of the High Council are:

• Chair of the Interior: Daniel Honnan
  • Their role is in understanding the needs of the people, and advocating for various initiatives that could aid in their well-being
• Chair of Foreign Affairs: Sarah Loch
  • Their role is to be the chief diplomat to other nations, and report back to Primal the results of negotiations. Other than Primal, they are the face of Atalaan to other nations.
• Chair of the Economy: Anna Lowen
  • Their role is to balance the budget of the nation, and advise Primal on fiscal maneuvers that will expand the coffers of the Treasury.
• Chair of the Military: Antonio Flores
  • They relay the meetings of the War Council (see Factbook) to the High Council and Primal, and deal with the administrative duties of running a military.
• Chair of Scientific Advancement: Jack Kent
  • The spokesperson and champion of research and universities, they help secure funding for scholarships and dole out money for research grants.
• Chair of Justice: Luciana Garza
  • The overseer of the justice system, they act as High Judge on the Atalaan Supreme Court and determine if laws are fair.
• Chair of the Environment: Laura Vena
  • They are the voice of the environment of Atalaan, ensuring that no other departments infringe on the valuable land and forests that help reduce pollution and produce oxygen.
