History: The Deep roots of the DPRK begins in 1904 when Russia goes to war with Japan, resulting in a Japanese occupation of Sakhalin. In 1939 Adolf Hitler invades the country of Poland, triggering the allies of France, and U.K. as Germany's ally, Japan would join the war later along with Italy. In 1941, American citizens in Honolulu were frightened to see several bombs and kamikazes flying over and bombing the place. Resulting in American intervention.
As a part of the ambitious Manhattan project, the first 2 nuclear bombs were constructed, and following the collapse of Italy and Germany, Japan was nuked in Hiroshima, and Nagasaki.
The collapse of Japan led to a scramble of the Koreas,
Soviets in the North, and Americans in the South, 3 years later in 1948, the DPRK declares independence from the USSR. Aswell as the South from America, and in 1950, the DPRK mobilized its army to fight in South Korea,
which led to a devastating war from 1950, to 1953. After the war both Koreas went their own ways.
