Kutlunya, Avrupa’da yer alan demokratik Türk cumhuriyetidir. Ülkenin para birimi Euro’dur. Resmi dili Türkçe olan Kutlunya, dört yılda bir yapılan Başbakanlık seçimleriyle yönetilmektedir. Çok partili bir siyasi anlayışa sahiptir ve Başbakan halk tarafından seçilir. Başbakan seçildiği an partisinden ayrılır. Bir başbakan’ın görev süresi iki dönemle kısıtlıdır. Devletin dini yoktur ve herkes hür inanç hakkına sahiptir. Başkent Gökbayır isimli şehirdir ve değiştirilemez. Bayrağımız, özgürlüğü ifade eden beyaz renk, devletin her şeyden öne koyduğu altı temel ilkesini temsil eden mavi zemin üzerine altı yıldız, güç ile bağlılık ve kutlu soyu temsil eden kırmızı zemin üzerine kurt ve hilal simgelerine sahiptir.

Kutlunya is a democratic Turkish republic located in Europe. Official currency of the country is Euro. Kutlunya, whose official language is Turkish, is governed by Prime Ministry elections held every four years. It has a multi-party political understanding and the Prime Minister is elected by the people. The Prime Minister leaves his party the moment he is elected. The term of office of a Prime Minister is limited to two terms. The state has no religion and everyone has the right to free belief. The capital is the city called Gökbayır and cannot be changed. Our flag has the white color representing freedom, six stars on a blue background representing the six basic principles that the state puts above all else, and the wolf and crescent symbols on a red background representing power and loyalty and blessed lineage.
