History: This Nation is young in every aspect of the word. Founded upon ideas never seen before united under a banner where the ink has barely dried and led by a dynasty with the will to enforce this new entity upon the world.
The territory we lay claim too is believed to have been united before but got partitioned so many times by so many powers not helped by the fact that we have been the battleground for so many wars in this corner off the earth that the ground has been salted into oblivion in many parts. This has erased any semblance of culture, history or even semblance between most cities.
Before we arose there where many mercenaries fighting for power or money and they had carved op the land. Sometimes one would rise and try too unite everything with the backing of one power or even just a corporation but they died quickly and always bloody. But they always tried too keep it small, a bit of extortion, some fighting and other small things like operating and protecting mines for companies. Yet it all came too an end when a new kind of mercenary started taking over. The careful power balance got shattered and the fighting escalated, where there one was at least the illusion of peace there now was only blood. Massacres were rampant only topped but the sacking of anything that was even just barely worth it and then everything got burned to the ground. But the kidnapping and conscription of anyone they could find even if they were children was too much.
Nadine Phoenix was the spark that ignited the fire and started the revolution. It was a bloodbath but in the end successful with fighting off and starving out the mercenaries.
The coalition that had archived such a feat would later almost undo the entire thing when they killed Nadine and tried to coup the government for their benefactors foreign and internal. A new mercenary war would break out a few years later that while defeated eventually simply melted back into the frontier where they still are today.
Following the coup the government under vent a second big restructuring, forging our system today where Idealistic pragmatism is the new course.

History: The Military operates on a fairly standard template for how those things tend to work but it differentiates itself with the structuring of the Army.
Conscription is active but not inforced as the service is seen as an honor and not really an obligation. Foreign nationals serve often as a way too give back for the kindness they have received and the Foreign legion is therefore so big it has become one with the rest of the army.
The Army is put together out of 3 parts. The National Heer, The peoples Militia, and the Prometheus movement.
The National Heer is the Main fighting force wich places it's focus mostly on taking the fight too the enemy and border defense. The peoples Militia is omnipresent as it establishes itself wherever people live together. Their members are those with circumstances tying them down like a disability or family they can't leave alone. What they lack in firepower and discipline they make up with numbers and zeal. They are the wall protecting the cities from invasion, insurrection or whatever would threaten the peace.
The Prometheus movement is a bit more complicated as they are deeply intertwined with every government department. Their goal is simple yet still impossible. The overthrow of anything and everyone that stands in the way of equality, peaceful life, personal self determination, the ideals and most important of all The Future. They are the arm of revolution filled with fervor for the ideas, who are given a blank check on everything they need. Filled with people who often have lost everything or would do anything for the cause. Unrest, Coups, Revolutions and sometimes even small wars are their bread and butter and they are imbedding themselves all over the world in case they are called upon with the Phoenix Program.
