Espionage Policy: Any nation conducting espionage against "CLG" will be considered an act of war. Such actions lower the faith of my people and destabilize our nation. If a spy is caught and their nation is identified, I will consult with my allies to determine an appropriate response.

---Paperless War Contract---

This War Declaration Contract is made and entered into by and between the Crimson Land-Guard (hereinafter referred to as "CLG") and [NATION] (hereinafter referred to as "Attacking Nation").

1. Declaration of War: The Attacking Nation hereby declares war on CLG.

2. Reparations and Peace Treaty:
In the event that CLG successfully defends itself against the Attacking Nation and achieves a victory, the Attacking Nation agrees to:

Pay reparations to CLG in the amount equivalent to the total documented damage inflicted upon CLG's infrastructure, military, and economy. This amount will be determined by CLG, and can be negotiable.

Enter into a Formal Peace Treaty with CLG, the terms of which will be negotiated in good faith by CLG.

If a truce is called, before CLG has won, then reparations will be lowered to a sum that CLG deems fit.

Exclusion of Valid Counter-Claims: Damages resulting from legitimate and validated defensive counter-attacks by Other Nation Alliances, will not be included in the calculation of reparations. Damages caused by other attacking nations, are still valid.

Reparations are not evaded: The attacking nation agrees that reparations will not be evaded, and if the attacking nation fails to pay, then CLG has the right to take any Spy Terror Actions necessary to receive reparations. (Test: 5 Million Debt = 5 Spy Attacks.)

3. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this contract, including the determination of damages and the terms of the Peace Treaty, shall be resolved through

[Method of Dispute Resolution, e.g., negotiation, arbitration, or mediation]. If these methods fail, then CLG has the final say.

4. Term: This contract shall remain in effect until the conclusion of the war between CLG and the Attacking Nation, including the fulfillment of all reparation and treaty obligations.
