For communists, here is no room for them. Any of all kind of communists would be imprisoned even persecuted. People can discuss about all political matters but forming communist communities is strongly banned.

Without the burden of communist ideology, the economy of Indochina Commonwealth continues to flourish, with a large variety of industries. The government made good use of the natural resources that Indochina has, and helped development of poor areas such as Laos and Cambodia.
