The Republic of Iridonia is a nation led by Alderman Ava Sophia DuPont on the continent of North America. The Republic of Iridonia's government is a Constitutional Republic with very libertarian social policies. Economically, The Republic of Iridonia favors left wing policies. The official currency of The Republic of Iridonia is the Credits. At 103 days old, The Republic of Iridonia is a mature nation. The Republic of Iridonia has a population of 1,667,768 and a land area of 23,700.00 sq. miles. This gives it a national average population density of 70.37. Pollution in the nation is a problem. The citizens' faith in the government is seriously lacking with an approval rating of 24.0356%.

The Republic of Iridonia was founded after the dissolution of the The Council, a board of elites who met and decided regional interests, being aggregated from the sporadic tribe leaders across the region. 

Composed of three varying ethnic and linguistic groups, Iridonia sources its origins after the late Colonial Period, settled by the ancestors of those who traveled to find new land. 

Now united under a new Republic, having entered the "Modern Era," the Wards and their Prevailing Alderman have begun to face a new epoch. 

Each city is recognized by the Republic as a Ward of the Nation, embodying both the urban and rural areas in which their population resides. Each Ward receives equal support among the Modern Era's government, known as The Board. As population and industry grows, so too does The Board. Thus far, The Board is comprised of six elected Wardens, two appointed Wardens, and one Prevailing Alderman. 

Baseball is highly frowned upon in Iridonia and is seen as immoral.
