History:	In 1986 the Soviet Union was begining to collapse not helped by the disaster at Chernobyl. On Nevember 8th 1986 a series of uprisings in Moscow, Kiev, Leningrad, Stalingrad, Minsk, Sevastapol, and Rostov throughout the day overthrew government institutions and began a government change after Vasiliy Aleksandrov succesfuly took the Kremlin and the House of The Soviets.
