History: The Empire of Puffadonia began as a group of four villagers left their old home and built Puffadonia City. After the city was set up the city had found other small cities not too far away from the city so the four had sent a person to each of the small cities. Once they had arrived at Pufy Polar Bear City and Lucina City they had quickly agreed to joining the Civilization and had then shortly been agreed upon that it should be an Empire. After that day they started expanding, made Pufy Polar Bear City the capital, instead of Puffadonia City and had news traveling all around the Empire quickly.
