A group of Simonians lead by Orbis native Odesa Lampert have entered Orbis. They are here to investigate the pros and cons of claiming a fourth region on Planet Orbis. If that region is claimed, Odesia will become Simonia's fourth capital.

Later on, it has been decided that Simonia is not getting a fourth region.
