The nation came to be after an accident that trapped the colonists on the other side of the portal that allowed them to cross between dimensions.

Ever since then the nation has been constantly fighting the chaotic forces that inhabit the world of Orbis.

History: The Interdimensional Colony of Russelltopia was supposed ro be the first of many colonies that are established across dimensions. However after the grand reveal something went wrong and the portal collapse trapping a few hundred thousand citizens. With the materials they were able to bring in they quickly established the colony before they began to scan the planet and it inhabitants. The colonists quickly realized how chaotic the world of Orbis is and decided that it would be best to try and blend in and declare itself as a independent nation.
