There are several parties in Illinois politics:The Liberals of Illinois, The Conservative Party, The Independents of Illinois, The Tea Party, The Nationalist of Illinois, and the Limited Government of Illinois. The three major parties are the Liberals of Illinois, The Conservative Party, and The Independents. 

Election of 2092:
-The Liberals of Illinois gain the House with 285/435 seats & the Senate with 51/100.
- The Conservative Party gain 150 seats in the House and 49 seats in the Senate. 
-President Amure, (Liberal) is elected with a 88% majority of popular vote.

Immigration: We DO NOT have open BOARDERS, we will detain and prosecute illegal entering to the full extents of National law. Refugee, asylum, & marriage of an Illinois citizen are legal means of entering upon approval from the Illinois Ministry of Immigration. 
President Amure signed the Immigration Act of 2090 which sets new immigration rules, policies, and laws. This act allows for 30,000 immigrants to enter the nation each year for 5 years. Asylum seekers must reach the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 5,000 refugees a year for 5 years will be granted citizenship. Students who want to study in Illinois must apply and will be granted an education visa, work visas will be granted for those needed in certain professions deemed essential & necessary.
