Executive Branch:

The Executive Branch of Eastern Sahara is leaded by President Ahmed Al-Tahir. The President is assisted by the Council of Ministers, a group of experts appointed by the president to deal with different issues. Currently, the ministries are:

• Ministry of Defense: Khalid Al-Farsi
• Ministry of Economy: Fatima Al-Abadi
• Ministry of Infrastructure: Ali Hassan Al-Amiri

• Ministry of Research and Development: Aisha Al-Mansoori
• Ministry of Mines, Industry and Commerce: Layla Al-Hadi

Legislative Branch:

Legislative Branch of Eastern Sahara is exercised by the People's Assembly of Eastern Sahara, made up of representatives of the people. It is responsible for drafting and approving laws. Its members represent the interests of the people and have the duty to debate important issues to make decisions.

Judiciary Branch:

The Judiciary Branch of Eastern Sahara is represented by the Supreme Court of Justice, the highest judicial instance in the country, for interpreting the constitutional and law application matters; And the District Courts, for civil, criminal and administrative matters.
