The land of Lycanthia is one where all thropes can seek asylum and protection from the cruelties pressed on them for their differences from the rest of humanity. In exchange for this protection, they must abide by the golden rules allowing the nation to operate and interact with its neighbors peacefully.

1. All internal conflicts will be handled in the Hall of Knowledge where parties can issue and conduct negotiations. (The initiator picks the challenge, the recipient of the challenge, should they accept, determines the conditions. All parties must agree unanimously on the date and time the challenge will occur and post it on the Hall Calendar.)

2. All external conflicts are handled through the council of elders which consists of the brightest minds in each field ranging from economics, academia, technology, health, and exploration.

3. Intentional unwarranted aggression against outsiders will result in significant repercussions, including exile or execution.
