Once the dark times came and left we regained control and restored culture and our way of life to the land. THE LEADERSHIP OF THE ENCLAVE IS MADE UP OF TWO ENTITIES, THE PRESIDENTIAL CABINET, WHICH HAS EXECUTIVE POWERS OVER THE ENCLAVE AS A WHOLE, AND THE JOINT CHIEFS OF STAFF, WHICH HAS DIRECT POWERS OVER THE PERSONNEL OF THE ENCLAVE. THE CABINET CONSISTS OF A MAXIMUM OF NINE MEMBERS WHO POSSESS ADMINISTRATOR PRIVILEGES. THE PRESIDENT AND HIS CABINET OVERSEE THE ENCLAVE ON AN EXECUTIVE LEVEL AND EACH CABINET MEMBER CONTROLS A RESPECTIVE SECTION OF IT. THE JOINT CHIEFS OF STAFF CONSISTS OF VARIOUS LEADERS WITHIN THE ENCLAVES BRANCHES. CABENET MEMBERS ARE CHOSEN FROM THE RESPECTIVE NEW ENGLAND PARLIMENT TO REPRESENT THERE CONSTITUENTS IN MORE DEMANDING AREAS OF GOVERNING.

*We are a nation of rights and equal pay for all legal citizens after being a legal citizen for 2 years a full wage is given for work services. Ghouls receive 40% wage of Non Ghouls

*Religious practices are now legalised in public settings and designated religious institutions are installed thought the Boston area

 *Higher education is free to all citizens  bellow the age of 20

*Free healthcare to all citizens
