With Kindness, Compassion for all: The people of Asterix establish this State, in the pursuit of freedom, with the knowledge that a Free People is not the command of all.

Here we give the State the right to do the things we condemn, for there is no known alternative to prevent restrictions other than to restrict someone's ability to place them.

Hereby we represent a fight for freedom, freedom for everyone that we exercise control over.

There are two rules,:

1. No control may be exercised except as a means to prevent control.
2. Ones circle of empathy must be ever expanding and include all people, and things.

Taxation: Corporate Only
Defence Spending: Maximal, Given highest priority
Sustainability: Mandated
Foreign Aid: All excess funds
Resources: Self Sufficient. Stockpiled.
Gold Standard: Available, but inactive.
Foreign Policy: Global Policing. Intervention for war, human rights violations.
Nuclear Arms: Free to Use. 
Immigration: Open. Amnesty for illegals. 
Standards: Active for Prisons, Child Care, Food, Water, Recycling, Waste Dumping.
Social Security: Retirement (50+), Healthcare, Disability (Including Mental Health), Unemployment, Education, Housing. 
Human Rights: Fundamental Equality Embraced. Define and Empower. Bigotry outlawed.
 

Climate:

Extreme weather events are occuring most days of the year. Is considered normal.
Roads are required to be cased in display glass to prevent harsh sunlight but allow for scenary.
Earthquakes and Tropical storms are rare. Evacuation is available and well funded for those affected by extreme weather events. Typically floods.
Rebuild is also covered. Resistant builds are also mandated.

Climate Crisis is declared.

Heavy investment into climate sciences is made (to gain control of climate).
Cultural Heritage must be encased for protection.

Politics:

The political climate is calm. There are no disagreements or proposed laws at the moment.

There exists a Ministry of Review: That studies the impact of policies and suggests improvements.
A Ministry of Social Justice: That hears minority issues, which the parliament then solves.

There are no jurisdictions. Any number may represent, though this is by custom limited to 1000 at the voting level, considering the seating capacity of parliament.

A Presidency exists, currently chaired by Aredith Auxaria, that may pass emergency laws or orders. A criminal investigation is started immediately for accountability reasons.

The Parliament votes as soon as possible to overturn or ratify the emergency law/order.

Any law, may be by petition be overturned. This shall trigger a formal vote, as a form of recount.
