The country's core belief system is deeply rooted in Satanism, with a state religion that holds influence over nearly every aspect of governance, culture, and law. The only true break in this smooth landscape is Mount Mystic, a solitary peak rising 420 meters above the surrounding land. Its origins are unknown, its presence unexplained—an anomaly in an otherwise uneventful expanse. A common myth is that of an actual gate to hell. While the state religion puts great emphesis on the underworld being real, an entrance is only theorized to exist. Some claim to have seen it, others deny even hell itself existing.
