History: Primo Sava was founded by Sir Primo, a wealthy Savanese businessman and founder of the Primo Sava pharmaceutical and biotechnology corporation. He staked his claim through a blessing from the Julavist Church of Sava (despite being a secretive Logicist) and a expeditionary grant from President Olavius and the Savanese government. A month later, the Primo Sava Expeditionary Corps was established. Primo I ventured to new lands beyond, landing in a peninsula across the sea. Primo II brought settlers and supplies, allowing the construction of a small dock and village named 'Avatai' after the Primo I Captain, Sir Avatai. After a few years, the village had expanded into a few hundred, and soon they struct quite a large vein. Coal. The settlement quickly expanded with this new mining opportunity, and soon the colony became so large that unrest began to ferment. Against government regulations, Sir Primo moved his company headquarters to Avatai, and soon thereafter the corporation began to move as government overwatch became heavy. Throughout the years, the de facto nation grew, expanding its mining industry and soon venturing into steel production and banking. The old Savanese nation fell during a massive invasion, leaving Primo Sava as the last Savanese state.
