History: After the Island fell into obscurity, a unknown individual came forward and rallied the people and led them to building their new fledgling community which blossomed into the City-State now known as Sendai. No one knows who this individual is, or wherever he came from either from the island or elsewhere. All that is know is the inhabitants owe him their salvation from chaos and anarchy.

Some years afterwards, a man step forward claiming the community needed a ruler. The citizens who where never ruled by really any governing body, seriously questioned this man. But after unknown discussions with the most influential people in the community, the influential people crowned him Anax(King) and in turn he named them his Elder Council.

From then on Sendai now had a ruler, and his name was Kendra, First of his Name and Anax of the City-State of Sendai. Which he ruled with an iron grip to those who opposed him and a open hand to those who supported him.

He founded the Sendai Military, and went to work on his vision of Sendai’s Future.

Terrain: Made up of mostly grass and dirt, the reef-fringed island of Gonâve is 60 km (37 mi) long and 15 km (9 mi) wide and covers an area of 743 km2 (287 sq mi). The island is mostly grasslands and hills with the highest point reaching 778 m (2,552 ft). The island receives between 800 mm (31 in) to 1,600 mm (63 in) of rain a year, higher elevations representing the latter figure.

History: The Sendai Armed Forces were formed by Kendra the Ruler of Sendai, previously before the formed military forces Sendai had no standing army. Nor did they expect to be attacked, so no one was trained in commanding or even combat.

That changed as Kendra formed the first Units for the military and begun conscripting citizens to drill them into hardened soldiers, all in order to protect our families and way of life… or so they were told….
