History: | March 27, 2021, Michigan seceded and is sold to Canada by Grechen Whitmer April 1, 2021, Canada annexes Michigan and dispersed 50,000 troops 3,000 tanks, and 875 aircraft throughout the new territory At this point in time, the U.S. government was weak under the Biden administration. They didn't do anything to stop the Candian occupation of the state of Michigan. April 7, 2021, Roads leading into the state are blocked and under guard. June 25- July 5, The Assualt on Ann Arbor. The U.S. mobilizes 30,000 soldiers, 12,000 tanks, and 400 aircraft in the state to attack the city of Ann Arbor. The assualt was a success. The Canadians lost 9,000 soldiers in the assualt, and the U.S. lost 6,000 soldiers; 200 tanks, with civilian deaths of 14,230. July 17-29, The Livonia/Detroit Seige. U.S. attempted a seige on the city of Livonia/Detroit, losing 12,000 soldiers and 2,800 tanks. The Canadians lost 6,000 soldiers 3,000 tank. Civilian deaths of 30,012. Unsuccessful for the U.S. August 1- September 1, The Riots Against the Canadian Occupation begin. The first riot took place in Grand Rapids. Over 100,000 people gathered at the Steelcase Town Hall. The Canadian soldiers stationed there were attempting to scatter the crouds. Armed rioters fired shots at the Canadian soldiers, and the soldiers fired back at the rioters killing the atteckers. The mayer of the city called for Canadian reinforcements from Lancing. Lancing responded by sending 5,000 soldiers. The Canadian Parliament ordered the mobilization of another 50,000 soldiers into Michigan on August 9. As a result of this, a riot started in Detroit with 300,000 rioters. The rioters burnt down a few of the Canadian barracks, the town hall, and the bridges crossing into Canada. This forced the occupant soldiers to take the first shots at the civilians. They kept storming through the tear gas and bullets. It seemed nothing could stop them. The riots in Detriot caused the Canadians to camp on the outskirts of the city. Detroit was placed in lockdown on August 19, preventing any persons to leave the city. No supplies could get in and many starved to death. The water to many households were shut off snd the reservoirs were to heavily guarded to make any attempt. Hospitals were closed. There were many more riots that took place in other cities. None of lasted as long as the Grand Rapids and Detroit Riots. The Canadians lost 4,000 soldiers. The civilians lost 80,167 August 9, Canadian Parliament mobilizes 50,000 soldiers in the state August 19, Detroit is placed on lockdown, shutting down of all civilian necessities August 20, Grand Rapids Riot Put Down(the only riot to officially end) September 1, U.S. attempts supply drop in Detroit. The Canadians downs 5 American aircraft. Attempt fails. The U.S. deploys anther 20,000 soldiers and recalls 6,000 tanks to and from the stats. September 3-15, U.S Second Assualt on Livonia/Detroit. At Livonia, the U.S. was successful and took the city. They were unsuccessful at Detroit. U.S. lost 11,000 soldiers, 500 tanks, and 95 aircraft. Canada lost 17,000 soldiers. September 12-17, U.S. Seige of Lancing and the Lancing Riot. Lancing supports Canada in its occupation. U.S. soldiers are attacked by rioters and are forced to fight back. Not wanting to inflict more casualties, the U.S. soldiers pulled back away from the city.13-14, the Canadians counterattack the U.S. from behind, pushing them into the rioter who attacked them once more.15-16 The majority of the rioters were either killed of captured. The U.S. took and fortified the city. The Canadians attempted to retake the city and failed.17 U.S. reinforcements exchange fire with the sandwiched Canadians. The Canadians surrendered with 4,000 soldiers being captured. U.S lost 10,000 soldiers. Canadians lost 15,000. Civilians lost 12,400, rioters lost 1,761. September 18, U.S. Declaration of War against Cuba September 19, U.S. Declaration of War against China and it's Allies September 21, U.S. calls for ceasefire with Canada September 22, Canada agrees to ceasefire September 25, Canada launches missiles at Ann Arbor, targeting U.S encampment. U.S lost 3,000, civilians lost 4,906. Ceasefire ends. October 7-10, U.S. Assualt on Grand Rapids U.S. lost 10,000 soldiers. Canada lost 19,000. Civilian deaths at 9,000 November 1, U.S. orders a full withdrawal of U.S. soldiers, tanks, and aircraft. U.S. appoints Dean Podrosavlk as Director of the territories the U.S. owns in Michigan. November 2-5, a draft is put out by the Director in the Michigan Territory (appointed name of new state). 75,000 men were drafted and 25,000 men volunteered. December 1-31, Canada recalls 10,000 soldiers every week until January December 30, the MT Declares War on Canada, MT seceded from the United States. January 1, 2022, Director Padrosavlk is assassinated January 3, MT is renamed to Detroite and is reinstated as a U.S. territory. War with Canada and U.S. ends. January 10, D. Rolf is elected as the President of Detroite February 1, The 2nd Draft collected 130,000 men, 10,000 volunteers. March 1, The Final Draft collected 260,000, 100,000 volunteers. April 11, Detroit Declares War on Canada April 12-30, Liberation of Detroit Detroite's soldiers seige the city. Civilians steal Canadian weapons and aid Detroite soldiers in the assualt. 15, Canada sends reinforcements to the city. 16, 3/4 of the city have been liberated by Detroite. 30, the Canadians surrendered the city to Detroite. DT lost 30,000 soldiers, Canada lost 30,000, civilians lost 18,000 May 4-10, Canadian Assualt on Detroit Canadian soldiers couldn't get into the city and failed. |
