I have won a war with 4 nukes and have even nuked the same city twice in one war for fun.   Spy attacks are considered an act of war and will be treated as such.I am not afraid of burning every pixel into the ground.  Was #8 in the Orbis world with 50 nukes.  #37 in the world in nukes launched.     Grumpy is the best alliance in the game.  If you are a top 1% nation and looking to join a quality alliance this is a great long term home.  No taxes and steady growth.
