GNOMINION DIPLOMATIC DECREES

I. On the 12th day of June, in the Orbis year of 2113, the People of Zirkazh hereby decree the absolute proliferation of Nuclear Armaments to be anathema. Any nation that dares wield this destructive force shall be met with swift political denunciation, cast into the depths of political reproach. The sanctity of peace is paramount, and those who disrupt it shall face the consequences of their hubris.

II. On the 28th day of November, in the Orbis year of 2114, the People of Zirkazh hereby decree that access to healthcare is an unalienable right of all citizens. Let no illness go unhealed, nor suffering be prolonged for want of coin. From this day forth, the healing arts shall be provided freely to every Zirkazhian, in honor of life’s sacred flame. Those who would profit from pain shall find no refuge in our borders.
