History: Risen from the ashes of the once great and powerful Australian Empire, Cobbastan sits atop the irradiated ruins of Old-Victoria, the last semblance of "civilization" in the entire state of Victoria. Constantly warring with two neighbouring fragments of the old world; The Queenslander Merchant Empire, stretching from Far North Queensland in the North and covering New South Wales, presses Northern Cobbastani borders, and The South Australian Socialist Republics, which applies constant pressure on Cobbastan's western borders.

Cobbastan's soil is constantly bombarded with nuclear fire, but the nuclear fallout in the atmosphere over Cobbastan helps to hide it's cities from nuclear attacks from it's neighboring states as well as it's many international enemies, enemies gained due to Cobbastan's piracy operations in international waters.

On 21/06/2056 (24/09/20), Neo-Footscray, the Cobbastani capital was struck with a nuclear bomb while defending the honor of it's North American/European Allies, the Knight's Templar. 80,000+ civilians died instantly. Grand Cleric Sammayed Hydid assured the Cobbastani people that Neo-Footscray would be rebuilt, better than before, and, by Allah, it was, within a week of it's destruction.
