PRON declares neutrality:

European Foreign Nationals protesting against the war. 

Topic 1: Neutrality

In the case of the hot war between the Soviet Federation and The United Imperium, and all their respective allies, the People's Republic of Nexiren has once again claimed neutrality. 

In a speech; President Nexire Malik stated,"We will for now watch the situation with due diligence.  As of the 10th of June 2098 we will begin mobilization to ensure the safety of our people. Our seas and our lands will be kept open for any of those who are not part of this war. Refugees or civilians. We will care for them!"

By July 1st 2098, emergency conscription will be active. Over fifty thousand(50k) troops will be raised in the mainland(ten thousand in the GFS), and our naval fleets will patrol the Cape coastline and the Gulf of Guinea(Africa) in our north.
