Armed Neutrality: A new reality

Under the directive of the president, effective immediately, all reserves will be mobilized and called to arms. This directive has been signed by both the President and Minister of Military, Militia, and Security Affairs(often abbreviated to the Minister of Security)

Alongside this the government has announced emergency conscription, with a quota of about 12 000 troops, in the mainland, to be raised between October 20th 2097 to January 20th 2098. Additionally the Gabon Free State has issued a conscription of over 2000 troops for GFA. 

The central government has also made purchases of several civilian trucks(over 120) to be reconstructed into militia IFVs. These trucks will be shipped once reconstruction is completed(estimated at early March-Early April 2098) to the GFS.
