War against the Eurasian steppes of the Soviet Federation

Dmitri Ahuranov has announced the construction of the first desalination plant in Central Asia. A plant which will deliver fresh water for irigation to enhance farming and settlement capacities throughout Central Asia. The Soviet Federation will greatly profit from this project giving them Much more useable land.

Around 5000 Workers are employed currently mostly volunteers and tools are provided by the project itself.

The Plant is named after the City which will be constructed there called Morkavgrad, a port city on the caspian sea giving the working class opportunities and marking a new chapter in Central Asian history. 

Before Central Asia resembled more of a wasteland and now no land will be wasted under the wise administration of the Central Asian Working class project.

The fight against the steppes and for the working class has finally begun and the stepped will be tamed like humen tamed horses Tousands of years ago.
