Citizens of The United Bucketary Nations question the future use of nuclear weapons by their country.

The United Bucketary Nations has a history of coming back from even the worst of times, but what happens when a decision like this is faced? The nation as a whole is split between using nuclear weaponry, a weapon that has caused a plague among the people of this country since it was created. Citizens don't know if they want defensive countermeasures to go nuclear or stay out of the nuclear weapons area as a whole. The government doesn't know any better either. President Bucket pledged that, “All nuclear weapons manufactured and possessed by The UBN will ONLY be used in defensive measures against aggressive foreign nations, not as a main weapon of war.” Many believe President Bucket will follow this rule. Others think if nuclear weapons are there, an exception will be made for every offensive use of a nuclear weapon.
